A moderate molecular weight silyl acrylate self-polishing polymer designed for broad application and formulation flexibility. The product may bed used as the sole binder for lower polishing for deep sea faster ships or blended with up to 50% rosin for coastal vessels and yachts. Polishing rates of 4¦Ìm/month and up are possible depending on the ratio between polymer and rosin, the PVC of paint formulation, the hardness of coating, etc. The silyl acrylate self-polishing polymer will provide long time antifouling performance even to 90 months.
